Melody C. Thomas was born to an Air Force Family many years ago on Fort Dix, New Jersey. She earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Old Westbury, an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, and an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Dowling College. Melody retired from SUNY after 40 years in administration and 28 years teaching as an adjunct assistant professor. She also retired from the military with 31 years of service in the US Army Reserve.
