I went home primarily to see the oncologist.  She is leaving Memorial Sloan Kettering.  I will meet the new doctor assigned to my case at my next appointment in June.  While home, I also saw the audiologist at the VA.  I got new hearing aids but they are very uncomfortable.  I have a few weeks to try them out.  If I don't like them, I can go back to the model I had before.  

The trip home was a whirlwind of visits to doctors, friends and relatives.  Our grandson, Caiden is growing fast and is almost as tall as I am at only 10 years old.  It was great to see everyone but I sure am glad to be back with my hubby.  We now move slowly westward where we will join up with our camping club for a viewing of the solar eclipse next month.
